The space Residencial André Reis is a 60m apartment in a family building, it is on the 1st floor simple building, without leisure area and without elevator. Located 2 blocks from the beachfront of Futuro . Description of the Imovel *Bedroom 1: a standard double bed, and a single bed, air conditioning, wardrobe; *Room 2: a queen bed, wardrobe and air conditioning; *Living room: with TV ,sofa, dining table with 4 chairs; *Cabinet in the bedrooms; *Kitchen: equipped with fridge, simple blender cooker and basic kitchen utensils; * Service area with washing machine; *Bathroom: 2, being a social and another suite complete with electric shower; * Wifi internet; * Air conditioning in the two bedrooms. * 1 covered garage space within the condominium. Decoration and furniture, simple, basic and functional. Guest access Guests will have access to automatic gate control when they have a vehicle or pedestrian tag. Remember, this building does not have a physical doorman, it has cameras in the common areas.
