Rancho Sununga

A paradise between the sea and the Atlantic Forest. Next to the Port and the Saco da Ribeira Yacht Club and a walk from the beaches of Lázaro, Sununga and Domingas Dias. Stove and wood oven (perfect for pizza), barbecue, freezer, table, hammocks and benches for your enjoyment. Ample outdoor space for children and pets to have fun. ATTENTION: Many houses and even apartments run out of water, especially during the season. Here we have our own mountain water collection, so there is no shortage of water!! The space The grounds are very large, with lots of greenery and trees everywhere. Going up the ramp, the guest will pass by my house and then, going to the end, will find the house and the barbecue. There are two bedrooms inside the house (one a suite with a double bed and one bedroom with two bunk beds) and a small building with a double bed next to the barbecue (outside the house) Guest access Only the gate and ramp are shared with access to my house. The entire upper area of the property is exclusively for guests, which includes the entire gourmet space with a barbecue, wood-fired oven and wood-burning stove, and a large lawn, giving guests all the privacy they want to make the most of the place. Other things to note I have three dogs. 2 Border Collies (a male and a female) and a yellow vira-lata. All neutered and very docile. They usually stay on the grounds, but I can isolate them too. Guests usually fall in love with at least one of them! haha
