A great experience in the South cone of Lima!

Do you think the "starbucky" Miraflores district is the only option to stay in Lima? Could you say you know Peru if just visit the touristy places of this country: Machu Picchu, Huacachina, Miraflores? We have already hosted over 50 foreign guests and we still keep in touch as friends. Come and let's share. The space My home is located on the edge of downtown Lima and the Southern cone. From there you can see the two faces of Lima, Official Peru and the Other Peru, according to Matos Mar. It is not the most luxurious place of Lima, but in it you can find hospitality, order, basic services and also its location has an invaluable sociological value for the understanding of the country. Guest access PRIVATE AREAS OF GUESTS MAIN ROOM: 2 beds, nightstand with lamp, office desk and chair, long mirror, shelving (with tourists books and guides in Spanish, English, German and French; as well as books to learn Spanish and Quechua grammar). Its door connects straight to the front yard and street (own entrance). PRIVATE BATHROOM (Not shared, it's just for you): Hot shower, wash basin, toilet, mirror. SPARE LITTLE ROOM: Closet, two seater armchair, office desk, chair KITCHEN: Stove with oven (to cook or boil), kitchenware, coffee maker, blender, fridge, microwave, table, 4 chairs. SHARED AREAS LIVING ROOM: furniture, TV plasma 49”, DVD player, stereo system (can be shared when we have a meal together or do a special activity as a family). ROOFTOP FRONT YARD: table and chairs, rocking chairs. BACKYARD LAUNDRY: Washing machine (no drier machine), laundry sinks. Other things to note The use of wash machine and the cleaning service in your private rooms & kitchen during your stay has an additional cost.
