This includes: 5 adult pools and one for children, 2 jacuzzis, a pool area restaurant, convenience store, 2 basketball courts, 2 Volleyball courts, 2 Volleyball courts, 2 tennis courts, information office, 2 children's areas, pool table, small gym, 24-hour guardian, building space, beach tent plus 4 chairs and a beach table. The cost for access and use of all communal areas mentioned is $15 per person (for unlimited time). This is a cost paid directly to the Resort. This is in the communal areas of the Resort. They're not inside of the apartment. Guests will have access to the entire Resort. This includes 5 swimming pools for adults, one for children, 2 jacuzzis, minibar in the pool area, La Iguana restaurant, a small supermarket, information center, 2 basketball courts, 2 volleyball courts, 2 tennis courts, 2 kids playgrounds, billiards, small gym, security 24hs, building concierges and a tent for the beach with 6 chairs and a small table. The Resorts charges a fee of 15$ per person (unlimited time) to access and use all the areas mention above. This amenities are located at the resort. NOT in the apartment.
