The house has 4 sides, is airy and bright, has 4 bedrooms, one of which is a suite, 2 bathrooms, a living room with TV with Netflix, wifi, a kitchen, laundry, swimming pool, a bathroom to support the outdoor area, a leisure area with tables, chairs, hammock and futon, a garden around the house, a sound system, barbecue and outdoor kitchen. It comfortably accommodates 12 people. Guest access Guests will have access to all the areas of the house described. Other things to note - The house has a pet, a mixed golden retriever named Mel. She is super docile and is perfectly accustomed to guests. - you can listen to ambient sound at will, but respect the neighbors' rest until 9 p.m. - collect your garbage and keep the environment organized - Visitors will be charged a day use fee of 70 reais
