When we designed our own beachfront villa, we included a completely private West Wing as a condo so our guests could also enjoy the undisturbed beautiful beachfront location, directly on Hoopers Bay which is the SAFEST BEACH on Exuma. You can even keep your rental boat on our buoy which is directly in front of our beach! Our 3 double bedrooms and 3 bath/shower rooms accommodation is on 2 floors on our 1.25 acre BEACHFRONT property--ideal for families/friends for up to 6 adults + 1 child for guests wanting a peaceful and private beach break and we can arrange a vehicle when required. Conveniently and centrally located DIRECTLY on the calm and safe Hoopers Bay beach, regarded as the best to stay on in Exuma and with beautiful calm water ideal for swimming, kayaking, boating, enjoying the Green Turtles or simply relaxing !! Fully air conditioned and with STARLINK high speed Wifi for working, gaming or watching videos.. We also have FREE kayaks for our more active guests whilst on the beach we have sun loungers and shower for those wanting to just relax. Our beachfront coconut trees provide natural shade when required. Enjoy using a rented power boat which can be delivered to our buoy directly in front of Coral Sands for whenever you want to use it to explore offshore Cay, go fishing or snorkeling. Our guests find this more convenient than having to go to George Town to collect and then return it in the evening. Coral Sands is situated only 12 minutes from George Town International Airport (code GGT) with several flights from AA, Delta, JetBlue and also Air Canada with a winter schedule and only 6 minutes from the capital George Town, whilst a good range of local shops are an easy level 5 minute walk or 30 second drive!
