You’ll love the house because of the comfy beds, the outdoor space, and the neighborhood. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and adult family functions. Pioneer park is right across the street. Every Thurs night in the summer months there are free concerts you can enjoy from the front porch. The space Very important: This is a smoke free property. No where on or around the property is smoking permitted (including vapes, pipes, etc.) Very Important: No pets of any kind are allowed. Pets on property will lead to immediate eviction. The house has three Queen Beds. All bedrooms have there own private bathroom. This is a residential neighborhood so please be respectful of our neighbors and limit noise after 9pm. If you are needing a space for a small party or event, this is not the property for you. The house is not childproofed. No guests under 13 years old on property. There is a second home on the property with private tenants, please do not disturb them, unless there is an emergency. PLEASE NOTE: IN THE EVENT THAT THE OWNER OR POLICE ARE CALLED FOR PARTIES OR NOISE YOU WILL BE EVICTED .WE KINDLY ASK PLEASE NO SMOKING ON THE ENTIRE PROPERTY, NOR GUESTS NOT PART OF YOUR RESERVATION, NOR PETS, NOR NOISE AFTER QUIET HOURS (9pm)~~ Thank you for your understanding.
