Hello! We have a room available for guests at our home in NYC. It is very well lit, new furniture, garden view, heating and very cozy. Ideal for 1 or 2 people. The house is a 15-minute walk from the Long Island Rail Road's Bayside Station. This train takes you to Manhattan's Times Square in 25 minutes. Buses Q27, Q31, pass in front of the house and Q12, Q13, N20G pass 3 blocks away. To the airports, it's 15 min to LGA and 30 min to JFK. The space The room has a new double bed, closet and lock on the door. The bathroom is shared between 3 bedrooms. Our house is an ideal place to come back to after a day of work or sightseeing, and rest. We maintain harmony by respecting the quiet spaces of others.
