Just 7 minutes to Matapalo Beach, 5 minutes to Diamante Adventure Park and Congo Trail, 20 minutes to Playa del Coco and Flamingo, and 60 minutes to Tamarindo—with 25+ beaches within an hour. The space The house sits on 2.75 acres in the jungle where you get to experience the plentiful wildlife-howler monkeys, capuchin monkeys, birds, parrots, iguanas, and lizards. Lomas Del Mar is a gated community with 24/7 security. The house also has a security system and exterior cameras that report to a private security company. Primary bedroom has a king bed with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to your private pool. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and en-suite bath. 3rd bedroom has queen bed with bunk bed (full on bottom and twin on top). 3rd bathroom is in hall just outside the 3rd bedroom. Large sleek modern open living area includes kitchen, island, eating area and living room. 3 sets of wall sliding doors (4 doors each) - 1 opens up to courtyard and 2 sets of wall sliders open to the large covered outdoor entertainment area with infinity pool and fabulous mountain jungle view. True indoor/outdoor living! We have all the beach items you need: towels, chairs, blanket, coolers, 2 body boards and a skim board for your enjoyment. This is our vacation home so it is a fully stocked kitchen with all the items you need from place settings to cookware along with seasonings, coffee and some adult refreshments. We just ask that if you finish something, please replace it for the next guest. Guest access Enjoy access to Lomas Del Mar Owner's Infinity Pool, called "Top of the World".
