Bedrooms and Bathrooms are as follows: Main Level: Bedroom 1: King Bed Bathroom with Tub/Shower. Upper Level: Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Loft area has twin bunk beds (listed as bedroom 4) Bathroom with Tub/Shower. Lower Level: Bedroom 3: Queen Bed Rec room has a futon bed. Guest access You will have access to the house and outdoor areas including the dock. The driveway is gravel and has space for 3 cars. There are various locked owners closets and a storage building that guests should not attempt to access. Other things to note You will be required to sign a rental agreement after check out.
