Adorable private "in-law" for two

Private cheery "in-law" apartment in our home of 40 years. WELL VENTILATED and SUPER CLEAN! Close to the beach, Golden Gate Park, Stern Grove, Land’s End, restaurants & bars, streetcar line and freeways. Also close to San Francisco State University and the University of California San Francisco. Perfect SF neighborhood with many amenities within walking distance. The space This is a comfy cozy totally private apartment in our home, in a nice neighborhood on the western side of San Francisco called the Sunset/Parkside District. The main room has a queen sized bed; the small extra bedroom has a twin bed. Sliding doors open to the backyard, which you are free to enjoy. The bathroom has a shower stall (and a pocket door to separate the toilet.) The kitchen has a sink, fridge, microwave, blender, electric kettle, toaster and coffee maker. **The stove/oven is NOT IN USE. We will supply coffee and tea (and cream & sugar) and there will be bottled water and orange juice, and butter & jelly, in the refrigerator. And snacks! There is cable tv and free wifi, and there are books to enjoy (as well as literature about San Francisco to help you with your stay.) You have a well-lit private entrance, so may come and go safely at all hours. You are not sharing any part of this space; it is COMPLETELY PRIVATE. If you smoke, you are welcome to do so in the backyard. We live upstairs, so will happily assist you with any of your needs! This unit is for TWO PEOPLE ONLY, per night. Sorry no exceptions. We are a “host greets guest” rental. *Please understand that we cannot admit any pets, due to severe allergies. Thank you. Guest access Make yourself at home in this unit and in the backyard. We will meet you with the key, and show you in; just let us know what time you plan to arrive. (If you’re flying, providing your flight info is super helpful.) *Please be sure that being greeted in person is the right fit for your needs! If there's anything you need during your stay, you'll likely find it in a drawer or cabinet. (Or call/text us.) *Please take note of your limited cooking abilities. You have a private entrance, so may come and go as you please at any hour. The entire apartment is completely private! Other things to note This rental is for two people only, per night. Sorry no exceptions. We request a two night minimum, and a seven night maximum. You may use anything in the drawers, cabinets and closet; we think you'll find everything you need. **Please note that the stove, oven, and fireplace are all non-operational. We appreciate your being conscious of utility usage, especially water. Please close and lock all doors that lead to outside when you leave the apartment, and always remember to turn off the heater! We do not mind being called or texted at any time; your comfort and happiness is important to us! Because we greet all our guests in person, we appreciate your letting us know your arrival time so that we can plan when to be home to meet you. If you’re flying, providing your airline and flight # is super helpful. *If you prefer self check-in, we’re not the Airbnb for you! Check-in is between 2pm-10pm.
