House in downtown area for students March-December

It is a family house on a second floor (+terrace on the third floor). It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with a double bed (bathroom included) and one with single beds- A kitchen/dining room with a large living room and a third room to study/work. The space Guests can freely use the spaces outside their room such as the kitchen, living room and study room.
