Note: This is a HOSTED rental. Welcome to our cozy, sun-drenched home. This is a private bedroom with a bathroom. With the beach and subway a few steps away, you can take a stroll on the beach or explore the city in just about an hour commute. We are right by a Rockaway Tiki Bar, Local's Collective, Super Burrito, Claudette's, Stop & Shop, Breakwater Surf Co… and many more within a 10 minute drive away. This place is good for solo adventurers, surfers, couples, business travelers, and families. The space This room includes a queen sized bed, work desk, and wardrobe. We also provide fresh and clean sheets, towels, and basic toiletries. Guest access There is access to a full kitchen - for you to cook when needed, the dining area - where you can enjoy your food, and the living room - if you need to relax and watch TV. These areas will be shared spaces. *Please be respectful of all common areas. During your stay I'm mostly home during the weekends and work during the week, but please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions. I'd be happy to provide any recommendations as well!
