It is very well located in the front as it is in an area of Villa Crespo just two blocks from PALERMO. It is a few blocks from Metro line B (subway) and Plaza Serrano. There is a parking lot 50 meters away. The area is very safe and bright at night with great movement on weekends. The best location. My accommodation is ideal for large groups, families (with children) and is prepared for all types of visits. Up to 8 people can be accommodated as follows: On the UPPER FLOOR: there are two and a half bedrooms with a bathroom, where there are beds for 7 people to sleep with HOT/COLD air conditioning. On the GROUND FLOOR: there is the dining room and another bathroom with a very comfortable sofa bed where one more guest can sleep. The kitchen is separate from the super-complete dining room. There is also a patio with a laundry room that has a washing machine and a dryer.
