A wonderful place, 50m from the beach We accept up to 20 people, with peace of mind. Excellent leisure area with Pool, Gourmet Area, BBQ grill, Game Room, Lawn Field for Football and Volleyball. Place with several rooms and private. We have 7 bedrooms, 3 suites, and 8 double beds in total. We have parking for up to 6 cars. For larger groups, reach out early. The value includes water, light and available WiFi. is not condominium. The space With an area of 2,100m2, the private residence is 50m from the beach. It has a Large Pool with Tobogã, grassy football field and we have a volleyball net. Our Gourmet space with barbecue and bar with freezer, has an independent kitchen. Our TV and game room features sound, professional pool, darts, and cardboard table. A green area with a small square. There are 7 bedrooms, with 3 en-suites. There are 2 air-conditioned rooms and the others with fans. There are 8 double beds. Parking for up to 6 cars. Our housekeeper is totally trustworthy and knows the whole operation of the house. It's not a condo, totally private space. We do not accept Parties and Events with ticket charges. For birthdays and celebrations, sound is extremely prohibited after 10 PM Above 20 guests, we charge an extra $150 per person per night . Enjoy! We do not offer bedding (covers/duvets) and bathrobes. - The pool cleaning and garden maintenance service will be done in the morning, between 6:30 and 8:00, by the employee responsible for each function. Srs guests, we ask that the soccer or volleyball activities be played in the area of the existing field in the house and if the ball falls into the house of a neighbor who does not try to jump any wall to catch it.
