Up in the Hill Apt/Aguada, PR/Countryside Stay

We have decided to share our home with you! This apartment is part of our family house. The space was built in 2016 with the purpose of me being close to my mom while raising my two babies. After I got my own place, my mom and I decided to start Airbnb. Best decision! We've been able to maintain and improve the apartment while having the best experience hosting great guests in our home. The space This apartment is perfect for families, couples or a small group of friends. It is spacious, fresh, private and equipped with amenities and essentials for your stay. Our house's main attractive is its backyard. There, sitting in the patio dining set under the gazebo, is the best place to have a morning coffee or unwind during the afternoon enjoying a beautiful panoramic view. Inside the apartment you will feel at home with a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove w/ oven, cabinet, microwave, coffee maker) and a living room area that includes a loveseat sofa, dinner table and a wall-mounted tv. The main room in the apartment has a queen size comfy bed, air conditioning and a bathroom. The second room includes one single bed and a twin bunk bed. ‼️NO A/C in the second room‼️1 pedestal fan included. Please, be aware that this is NOT a luxury listing! We understand that there is a place that fits everyone's preferences and we do really love to share our space keeping it as homelike as possible. Guest access Completely private entrance. The entire place is yours to enjoy. The keys will be inside the lockbox. The parking its on the property. There is a steep incline on the driveway, we prefer you park your car on the top end of it because it is easier to get in and out of the vehicle. Other things to note ☀️We highly recommend that you check-in during the day (recommended hours 2pm - 6pm). This way, we could be available to assist you in case you get lost. Light hours makes it better to get to the house as the road could be challenging and confusing at night. 📞Guest calls and messages after 8pm may not be answered *** ❄️PLEASE always TURN OFF the A/C unit, lights and TV every time you leave the apartment. Help us keep low our utility cost. 🪩We DON’T accept parties/meetings/events in the apartment. 👯👯‍♀️No visitors allowed- people not included in your reservation cannot be or stay in our place. 🐈‍⬛ We have a cat! His name is Chelito. Please, don’t book our property if you or any other person willing to stay in the house is allergic, apathic or have any other issue with cats. ***We might cancel the reservation or charge an extra fee if the guest don't observe these Rules.
