Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the complete villa, swimming pool and gardens included with the daily staff: Concierge, Housemaid, Gardener and House attendant. A $100 USD refundable deposit will be collected at check-in, with any remaining balance returned at checkout after meter readings. Check-In Information: Our check-in window is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Early check-in is complimentary and subject to availability. For arrivals after 7:00 PM, self-service check-in will be provided for your convenience. Groceries (Optional): We’re happy to shop for you upon request. Grocery items are not included in the accommodation price and are billed at cost. The grocery balance must be paid in full before checkout; receipts are provided for transparency. Meals & Dinner Service: Breakfast and lunch service/preparation are included. Dinner service is available upon request for an additional $30 USD per dinner. Housekeeping: One maid is included in the price. If you’d like an additional maid, the cost is $60 USD per day (subject to availability—please request in advance).
