Bright and cheery and set on large lot on Owner's 4 1/2 acres near nice NE neighborhood. Cottage is in between owner's house and barn. Little mini-farm feel - Adorable package! Cottage is best for 2 or 3 since it's small but can accommodate 4 as well. Besides the queen and full bed, there also is a nice new twin mattress that can fold out and be used. Large outdoor yard is yours, plus pool, basketball, etc. Pool is shared with our other Airbnb, 'Farmhouse suite' - we can rotate use for social distancing as needed. Our property is nestled between neighborhoods - it is a beautiful little farm-like setting inside the city. Feels very relaxing and quiet. We have another Airbnb on the West Side of our Farmhouse, on this property, called 'Splendid Farmhouse Suite-Pool'. We are only a few blocks away from a neighborhood with a nice play set and we are very close to a large city Park (Kreager Park) with soccer/baseball fields, bike paths and an amazing splash pad called "Taylor's dream"
