To the west are views of the Saguaro Desert. The space This house features two master bedrooms with king size beds, ensuite bathrooms and walk in closets. Sliding doors in both open directly to the patio and pool area. The third room has two queen beds and a bathroom just adjacent to it. The living area is spacious and comfortably decorated. It opens up directly to the pool sitting area and patio table. The pool can be heated upon request. There is a $50 charge per day ($350 per week) to heat it to 82 degrees fahrenheit. Guest access A car is recommended for this area. Uber or Lyft would be the other transportation option. The nearest grocery store is 8 minutes. Driving time to downtown & the university is a bit short of 20 minutes. There is a two car garage connected to the kitchen hallway. There is also ample parking in the front entrance area. Other things to note Close to hiking and biking trails in Tucson Mountain Park to the south and Sweetwater Preserve to the north. Saguaro National Park lies directly to the west.
