10 min to downtown Titusville, shops and restaurants, Warbird Museum and private airport with parachuting. 2 min to river and across the river the space center can be seen for launches. 30-35 minutes to the Space Center, Port Canaveral, Cocoa Beach and Brevard Zoo. 45 minutes to Orlando Int'l Airport. Home is light and contemporary. A very happy young dog and a cat are here to greet you. Quiet, safe neighborhood within minutes of all shopping needs. 4 min to US 1 and 8 min to I-95 The space There is a privacy curtain that separates your bedroom and bathroom from the rest of the house. Once shut I do not cross it. Guests have a sitting room in the front of the house with places to read and a desk, the kitchen and dining room are also accessible. Feel free to grab a book! Guests can hang out in the living room with me (and the dog) and watch the big tv if they want. There is a large porch where you can sit and relax. The tv has Roku and all my stations including HBO. Guest access Laundry room and kitchen are available. There is a sitting room exclusively for guests, the dining room and porch are available, and you can join me in the living room if you'd like. During your stay Guests can interact with me as much or as little as they want. I'd like to get to know them a little bit when they first arrive. Guests can text me if they need to.
