The space Family lodging in a stone mountain house, surrounded by rose bushes, on the periphery of the city center, close enough (five blocks from the Civic Center) not to miss all the activities and local commerce, but far enough away to be able to sit down to read, work or just relax in warm and bright rooms with large closets, individual heating and open view. The homeowner is a professional chef, so we offer in addition to the classic breakfast, an optional special mountain breakfast (with charge) and different alternatives for dinner (ask us for prices). The house is minutes from all public means of transport, entertainment areas and two blocks from the Beer Circuit, in a very quiet neighborhood, close to the Civic Center, Lake Nahuel Huapi and access to the route that leads to the Cerro Otto cable car, from where you can admire beautiful panoramic views from a revolving restaurant or take trekking tours. Guest access - Spacious and super warm mountain logde, with fireplace, comfortable armchairs, cable TV / Netflix and computer at disposal. - Guests have access to a dining room and the cooking of a professional chef; and have a refrigerator and microwave for their use. - Two large gardens with beautiful rose bushes and local vegetation. - Reading in comfortable armchairs with music, playing cards, drinking mate in the garden, watching a Netflix movie in front of the fireplace with a warm blanket, or tasting regional or international specialties of a professional chef, are just a few from the multiple options that you can enjoy in our spaces. - The entire block is free parking, so you will have no problem parking at any time of the day, with immediate access to the downtown and roads leading to the main tourist destinations. - All spaces (including rooms) are smoke free. Smokers are invited to use the gardens. Other things to note 🍽️ Food and Drink We offer an optional Gourmet Breakfast, featuring a sweet course and a savory course of Patagonian and international cuisine, which we change every morning; in addition to homemade breads and jams, orange juice, specialty coffee, and a variety of teas and infusions. Options for vegetarians and people with dietary restrictions are available. Furthermore, every evening we optionally offer a 3-course Dish of the Day (appetizer, main course, and dessert) with a drink included; and a Patagonian Experience featuring deer, trout, smoked cheese, or a mix of local mushrooms, paired with Patagonian boutique wine. 🏡 General Information This is a gay-friendly accommodation. We have a well-behaved and friendly dog. This is a smoke-free space. Smokers may use the gardens to smoke freely. 📝 Important Notes By disposition of the Secretary of Tourism, we are required to identify guests with their personal ID/document and record the entry and departure of all visitors in a passenger book; for your safety, we also require a third-party contact number in case of emergencies. A municipal tax (Ecotasa) will be charged additionally upon check-in, equivalent to Ar$50 (Argentine Pesos) per person per night (maximum 3 nights).
