Southern Oregon has very cool nights all summer, and the roof is shaded so by following a couple tricks the unit stays quite comfortable most of the summer by opening windows at night and closing windows and curtains during day. There is no central A/C but portable air conditioner in living room and main bedroom +window unit in small bedroom keeps house very cool. Entire unit and yard. I'm available if needed, I don't live on property so we will likely not meet Location, walk all over Talent! Ashland plaza is 10 min drive (5 miles). Quiet neighborhood. Talent is conveniently located just between Ashland and Medford, a Bus stop and Bear Creek bike path are just a few minutes away so you can bike or catch a ride to Ashland (7min) or to Medford (10 mins) and beyond! Talents renowned Camelot Theater is just a 3 min walk away from your door. Talent has a sweet Friday Evening Market during the warmer months, and Ray's Market which stocks all the groceries you could need including many Organic and gourmet options is a quick walk away. There are 3 new restaurants within a few blocks as well as some popular Talent standbys. Uber & Lyft are now available in the Rogue Valley!
