Bring the whole family to this great place with plenty of room to have fun. Panoramic view of the entire southwest beach, next to Roberto Marinho Island. Cozy, quiet, airy, cool. Beach with crystal clear and warm waters. We do not accept pets. Other things to note House rules: *Check-in: 10 a.m. Check-out: until 12 noon After the stipulated check-out time, one more night will be charged. *Seafood, fish and shrimp should be cleaned in the barbecue sink. *Do not sit or lie wet on the sofas, beds, hammock. * No smoking indoors. * Pets are not allowed. * We do not provide bed and bath linens (pillows, blankets) * Parking space for two cars in the garage *No parties without prior notice *In the event of cancellation by the Lessee, the deposit amount will not be refunded, and the Lessee may choose a later date that is available within 3 months. *Respect enclosed spaces. *Any object or furniture damaged during the stay will be charged to the tenant at the end of the stay. *It is not allowed to assemble and fill a pool in the backyard. *Broken glasses and dishes must be replaced before the end of the stay. * Children regardless of age count as paying guests. WE PROVIDE A FURNISHED HOUSE WITH DOUBLE AND SINGLE BEDS, FANS ON THE WALLS OF THE BEDROOMS, CUTLERY, PLATES, GLASSES, BLENDER, REFRIGERATOR, FREEZER, STOVE, TELEVISION IN THE LIVING ROOM, LAUNDRY, HAMMOCKS, DRINKING FOUNTAIN, PANS, WI-FI, AMONG OTHERS. NOTE: IN HIGH SEASON, PROLAGOS USUALLY RATIONS WATER AND THEREFORE THE BACKYARD SHOWER AND GOURMET AREA FAUCET MAY NOT WORK AT ANY TIME. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PETS
