The house is located one and a half blocks from the rambla, on a spacious and shaded land with wooden hammocks and paragliders, slide and pool (measurements: 3mx5m and 1.4m deep). The pool is fenced in, for more peace of mind in relation to children. The house has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The space The house is located in the Pinepark spa, between Salinas and Pinamar, near a very wide beach with very fine and white sand dunes, and with a strategic location: a few kilometers from the capital of Uruguay (40km) as well as other very popular spas in the country (Atlantis only 7km, Piriápolis 50km and Punta del Este 95km). It has a refrigerator with a freezer, microwave, a kitchen, a washer, a fan, and a portable air conditioner, bedding, TV with DirecTV, WIFI, a room with a queen bed and another with a square and a half bed. The living room also has a sofa bed. Guest access The house consists of two rooms, one bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and closed barbecue. The bedrooms have one with a double bed, another with a double bed and a half and have two extra mattresses. In the dining area, an armchair bed is located. The total building area is 72m2 and the total area of the land is 790m2. Other things to note Accessibility: The bathroom has a couple of steps and the shower is located inside the bathtub. Parties are not allowed, this is any type of event or meeting attended by people who are not the 5 guests (or less) of the house. No entry to the premises or home of non-guests is allowed. Electricity use is charged at the end of your stay only in cases where it exceeds normal consumption.
