The nearby beach forms puddles of water that children love. You can fish in the yard without leaving the house. It is 60 km from Itacaré and approximately 1 km from the homemade chocolate of Ilhéus. No parties are allowed in the property. There can be no loud sound as of 10 p.m. Guest access The entire house described in the listing is free for the guest to move. Other things to note The house has new air conditioners in 2 of the rooms. Several improvements were made to the property to be able to give more comfort to the stay, especially in the gourmet area and in the kitchen. Events are not allowed in the house.
