All surfaces sanitized per CDC recommendations using alcohol or bleach mix. We have added the best super performing air filter that filters out virus carriers, mold, mildew, pollen, dust, bacteria, allergens and whole bunch of other harmful stuff. We have also added Ultraviolet Germicidal Irradiation (UVGI) to the HVAC which destroys mold, mildew and bacteria inside the Air Conditioner cleaning the air as it is recirculated. WHEW !!! Now that all that junk is out of the way lets talk about The Lake Cabin, well It’s as country as corn bread here. Nothing but cows and corn across the street. Thankfully there is a boat launch and boat landing as well as a restaurant around the corner at Waldrup‘s Landing. I am told the best striped bass fishing is just off the dock in the cove. So stroll down to the dock and try your luck you might just catch dinner or a tan or both. Either way you will probably see plenty of bass boats troll by you. Guest access Guests have access to complete home and Lake with exception of crawl space and small 3rd bedroom reserved for storage. Modern amenities include central air and heat, excellent wifi reception and extra fast wifi router for games and streaming, 43” flat screen TV w /utubetv, DVD, large frig/freezer, electric stove, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, and all kitchen utensils, pots and pans. USB connections thru out the home. Not so modern amenities; a brick wood burning fireplace. Other things to note The Lake Cabin is only 10 miles from the Georgia State line, 25 miles from Clemson University and Death Valley, 8 miles to Portman Shoals Marina and an excellent seafood/steak restaurant ‘The Galley’. Also, 17 miles to restaurants in Anderson, 10 miles to Ingles supermarket. But only 189 feet to the water.
