Rambler style, newer, clean, comfortable, 3 bedroom home. It has an open kitchen, dining & living room area for the whole crew to hang out. Enjoy the game room in the garage with foosball, ping pong & shuffleboard. Walking sticks. Fully stocked with everything you could need for cooking, including salt, pepper & oil. We're taking extra cleaning measures to keep you and your group safe. Located only 20 miles to Zion National Park. It’s close to so many amazing things to explore and enjoy. The space You will have the privacy of the entire house and yard to enjoy. The Bear’s Den is a clean and cozy 3 bed, 2 bath home. NO PETS, please Kitchen - The kitchen is FULLY stocked with everything you need: Pots and pans, crock pot, mixing bowls, griddle, toaster cooking utensils, knives, cutting boards, tin foil, baggies, some spices and and oils. It has a gas stove, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, plus a large pantry to store your groceries. There is a Kuerig coffee maker AND a drip coffee maker. There are coffee filters, coffee and a few Kuerig pods stocked. Room 1 - The master bedroom is located on one side of the home & has a huge bathroom with a separate toilet area, 2 sinks, a bath tub and an oversized shower. There is an oversized closet with plenty of room to keep your personal belongings. Room 2 & 3 - The other two bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the house, near the main bathroom. Those bedrooms each have one queen and one twin bed. One of the rooms has a TV, the other does not. Living room - Enjoy watching TV with the whole group with 2 couches, 2 oversized chairs and a gas fireplace. It's a smart TV so you can enjoy watching your favorite shows with your Streaming Service shows (Netflix, HULU, etc) Backyard - There is a gas BBQ grill and a wood burning fire pit for you to use, along with a covered patio and plenty of seating. The brand new washer and dryer are for you and your group to use. There is laundry soap. Garage - The game tables are set up in the garage, including Shuffle Board, FoosBall, Ping pong and corn hole. There is a table and chairs and plenty of games and puzzles in the master closet to enjoy during your down time. The house is only 20 minutes from Zion National Park and within 90 -120 minutes of the Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Kanab, Las Vegas and much more. Sand Hollow State Park & Reservoir - 12 miles, Twelve golf courses within a 25 minute drive, St George - 25 minutes, Mesquite Nevada, where gambling and cannabis is legal, 45 miles. We provide secure WIFI and a wireless printer/scanner just in case you need to do some work. There is a coffee shop and a grocery store within a mile of the property. We are always thorough with our cleaning, but more so now than ever. We are doing our regular cleaning, then we are using bleach over every touch point surface area and then we use alcohol for extra sanitizing. Please contact me for ANY questions or concerns. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, washer & dryer, garage with a game room and the back yard Other things to note There is a gas station, grocery store and hardware store within a couple miles, where you can get pretty much everything you need. There are two coffee shops nearby (one is a drive through and the other is a sit down restaurant with delicious food). If you need something more, there’s a Super Wal-Mart about 10 minutes away, in Hurricane. St George, (about 25 min away) has a Costco, Target, TJ Maxx and plenty of restaurants.
