On a parkland acre with old pines, oaks, and a variety of many other native trees; with an imposing view of centuries-old Carolina poplars over a noisy bordering stream. The house: two bedrooms, bathroom, large kitchen, comfortable living room, small library, board games, and a dining room for 6/7 people, overlooking the park. Garage for two cars, large L-shaped gallery with barbecue, from where you can see the river and its murmur. Ramps for the disabled. The space It's inexplicable. It's a dreamy and peaceful place that has a park with magnificent views. It's nice to be there, escaping stress, appreciating the sinuousness of a crystalline stream on the western border or the passage of the Santa Rosa River on its northern border. Without a doubt, one of the best little parks in Santa Monica. It's a place to unplug pleasantly.
