Very close to the Sumaré subway, you can walk there! The Entire Space, fully private, bedroom with double bed, built-in closet, TV, dresser, kitchen with cabinet and table, 2-burner stove with oven, minibar, pots, dishes and cutlery. Bathroom with hot shower. The Micro house is next to the very famous SUMARÉ STAIRCASE! There are 4 wonderful bakeries nearby. In Sumaré, there are bicycles for rent through apps. Morning coffee (coffee, milk and bread) is not included in the daily rate. The space Inside the kitchen there is a table with chairs where guests can make themselves at home, eat, use the computer or have a moment to read. The Micro house is compact. Guest access The entire space, garage, garden, backyard, laundry. We serve breakfast in the main house. Use of the washing machine is not permitted. If you need to do laundry, you will be charged separately! Other things to note We serve a full breakfast if requested, at an additional cost! Milk, coffee, chocolate, margarine, jams, bread, cereal, juice, cake, eggs and cold cuts will be served at breakfast.
