The apartment inspires a relaxed mood, given its excellent natural light and minimalist beach decoration. You can see and hear the sea from the balcony, and since it is located in the 2nd floor the access to pools and beach is easy and quick. Its location is ideal to either take a walk by the beach or just relax on the beach beds. The space The apartment has a minimalist beach style decoration. It is very cozy and well equipped. It has 3 bedrooms with a full bathroom. Main bedroom has a king size bed, jacuzzi, walk-in closet and direct access to the balcony. Second bedroom has twin beds that can be arranged as one king size bed. Its full bathroom is located outside the room so that visitors can use it as well. Third bedroom has a full-size bed as well as full bathroom. Each bedroom has a minisplit, as there is one as well in the social area. The apartment has beautiful natural light and balcony has view to the sea, it is ideal to spend some days at the beach. Kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, blender, mini-oven/air fryer, coffee maker and toaster. Dining room has a table for six and a living room with TV and WiFi, There is a small table with 4 chairs in the terrace as well as a gas grill. Condo has 3 pools, two of them with heating system, and direct access to the beach. Guest access Guest have access to all 3 swimming pools, jacuzzi located close to hotel, and tennis court. They have also access to any of the pool and beach chairs. There is a snacks bar near the pools that serves tacos, some salads, ceviche, hamburgers, fries and cocktails for a very good price. In case guests wish to have full access to hotel restaurants they can buy passes: - Day Pass (24hr) Adult $115USD / Child $58USD. Includes food and drinks in any of the restaurants (excluding the snack bar). - 8hr Pass (9am – 5pm) Adult $90USD / Child $45USD. Includes food and drinks in any of the restaurants (excluding the snack bar). - Only Drinks Pass (11am – 5pm) Adult $59USD. In case guest wish to make only one meal at any of the restaurants: - Breakfast: Adult $32USD / Child $16USD - Lunch: Adult $49USD / Child $25USD - Dinner: Adult $57USD / Child $29USD Gym has a fee of $5USD per hour. Other things to note Nuevo Vallarta is ideal to take long walks along the beach or just sunbath on the beach beds. On the avenue side there is a pedestrian path made for walking, cycling or running. There are good restaurants close by as well as supermarkets, convenience stores and small shopping centers. There are also bike rentals in the area. It is important to mention that previous to arrival to Villa Magna, the administration requests each of the guests to be registered reason why names should be given in advance and/or IDs might be requested as well.
