A GREAT Camping Experience on a large acreage. One private queen bedroom. Plus a strong bunk bed, the kitchen table converts into a double bed and 2 BIG recliners that fold almost flat. It is great for a family of 5. Tents are allowed for extra charge of $10 a night, and $10 a night for each person more than 5 up to 10. Small bathtub, shower, power, toilet, great water & furnace. YES-AIR CONDITIONING! We have 2 sites where we set up the camper. Extra fee for pets. Ask for video tour. The space Our recreational 25 foot trailer is parked in our yard and available if you want a simple camping experience. Five minutes from Westerner Grounds. Only 3 min from Walmart, Costco, many restaurants, Tim's, Starbucks, A&W, Subway, Opa, KFC, Pizza, Edo, gas stations, car wash, grocery stores. Easy access to highways. 10 min from downtown & Collicutt Rec Centre, &Arena. Close to almost everything. We look forward to hosting your time in Red Deer! 25-30 minutes from a few lakes. (Sylvan Lake, Pine Lake, Gull Lake, Glennifer Lake) Red Deer’s city is known for its sporting events and warm hospitality and boast over 100km of multi use recreation bikes and walking trails. (We love them!) Guest access A great camping experience, within 3 minutes of Red Deer. Sit around a fire and roast marsh-mellows or hot-dogs or smores. We even have pie making cooker. You can put 2 pieces of bread and pie filling and cook it over the fire. Or an egg sandwich for breakfast. You can bring your own wood, or we sell large bundles for $15 or a wheel barrow load for $30. A new Coleman Barbecue to help enjoy the outdoors. Great for kids/teens: Long paved lane way for riding bikes, big sand pit to play in the sand. A big / huge acreage to run and play .. baseball net, soccer and more. A basketball hoop is possible if desired and so much more. Some other bikes and extra toys can be available. Bocce Ball. Other things to note Huge yard to run and play. Living on a quiet acreage is so enjoyable. Relax and enjoy!! Our water is very soft well water. We have installed a $8000 water purification system so it is great to drink. We can also provide a water bottle dispenser with reverse osmosis water to drink. We would rather not accept requests for parties. Example weddings. Ten guests maximum please. Yes a tent is allowed for an extra charge, extra charge for pets and for $10 a person for more than 5. (total people including adults, children and infants) Example 6 people of any age, would be an additional charge of $10/person/night. Thanks. FIRE There is a fire pit, you can bring your own firewood or we have big bundles available for $15 or a wheel barrow load for $30. Propane FIRE PIT. If you don't want the hassle of starting a fire or buying firewood, we have a propane fire pit that can be rented. My wife loves it so she doesn't go to bed smelling like smoke. ALSO good if there is a fire ban on. (See picture) There is an extra fee of $15/night, stoppage at 11:00 pm. Use at your own risk. CANOPY For a small extra fee this 10 x 10 foot canopy can be a great addition to the camping experience. Especially if there are bugs. Works great with the propane fire put to capture some heat on a cooler night and roast marsh-mellows. $10 / day or $15 for 2 days. It must be taken down if there is a wind. Damages will be charged. PETS Here are a few simple rules for pets. We ask that the pet is never left alone in the unit, and never on the furniture or beds. There are young children nearby, so we ask that pets be on a leash. Even nice pets can scare young children. Please clean up after you pet and some dogs pee on the grass and it kills the grass, or makes bright grass spots, we ask to have them go in a designated spot. If you pet sheds a lot there could be an extra cleaning fee.
