Romantic villa - free beach club access - own pool

Indesun is a private townhouse situated in a lovely and quiet gated community in St James, close to Holetown and only a few minutes walk from the best beaches. We offer free beach club access to Fairmont Royal Pavilion (6-8 min walk). We have recently refurbished our house to provide a relaxing, luxurious, and romantic home with a private plunge pool. There are also a tennis court and a bigger community pool just a few meters away from the house within the gated community. The space We have recently refurbished Indesun to provide a relaxing, luxurious, and romantic home. It is an open plan lounge, dining, and kitchen area, with two twin sets of doors to the outside dining area, sitting area, private plunge pool, and sun loungers. There is a WC downstairs, and an under stairs cupboard with 4 portable loungers, and 2 chairs, sun brolly, ‘boogie boards’, and numerous children’s swim accessories for your use. The kitchen has a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine (bring your favourite pods!), kettle, toaster, ‘nutri bullitt’ type food blender, fridge/freezer, with ice maker, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. As this is our home from home, we have a well equipped kitchen for you to cook anything you may desire. The Master bedroom has a (UK) king size four poster bed, wardrobes and chest of drawers, the on-suite bathroom has two sinks, a large shower and hairdryer. The second bedroom features two single beds which can be pushed together to make a Super king size bed, and fitted wardrobes. The Bathroom comprises of a walk in shower, single sink, with large marble sink top, and hairdryer. Bath towels, hand towels, and beach towels are provided, as well as shampoo and conditioner. We also supply bathrobes and other little bits and bobs you will enjoy for that lovely feeling of luxury. Outside we have installed a shower by the pool and a "foot shower" at the front of the house to rinse off sand from the beach. We also have a barbeque and candles for the evenings you just want to stay put and relax. The house is cleaned weekly, as is the private pool. Our villa manager Marcia is on hand for you during your entire stay. Guest access There is a private parking space at the front of the house. A lot of our guests choose not to rent a car as the beach is within walking distance. There is a bus stop at the bottom of the road. Everything is within easy access. In order to see more of the island it is recommendable to rent a car. Other things to note You will enjoy our membership at the private beach club at Fairmont Royal Pavilion. Ask our villa manager Marcia for membership cards. The cards provide sun loungers, table and umbrella at the club. 10 per cent discount at the beach cafe/bar and access to changing room and rest room.
