Guest access The guest will have access to the entire internal area of the apartment, as well as the common areas of the building, such as laundry, ballroom and swimming pool. Other things to note To use the Laundry (washing and drying machines), you must buy tokens at the entrance for R$15.00 (fifteen reais). This amount may be readjusted by the condominium at any time. Cost entirely borne by the guest. The pool area is closed on Mondays for cleaning and maintenance.
