The space Gated community, 2/4, 2 suites, duplex, split in all bedrooms, 2 double beds, 2 extra beds, appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave, TV, etc.), kitchen utensils (dishes, cutlery, pots, etc.), all the necessary items for comfort and convenience, balcony, Wi-Fi, barbecue, pizza oven and brewery, swimming pool, on the sand, 2 parking spaces. Limit of 4 adults and 2 children under 10 years of age. We do not accept pets. Note: a cleaning fee of R$150.00 is charged. At least 3 days, maximum 7 days or negotiable. Guest access Gated community, after confirming the stay, the keys will be made available with the rooms cleaned and sanitized. Other things to note It is important to note that for the supply of swimwear and bed linen, a washing fee of R$ 150.00 (one hundred and fifty reais) will be added to the total rental amount.
