Our listing has the BASE value for UP to 07 people (including children over 2 years old and even less people tbem). - DA FOR SLEEPING IN THE ROOMS? IT HAS AR? No. There are 4 rooms, but no sofa is a sofa bed. We don't have air in the rooms, the downstairs ones are very airy, we have 2 table fans and 2 ceiling fans, but the sofas are not for sleeping. Janelas has no blackout and no shutters. - IS THE HOUSE GROUND OR 2 FLOORS? There are 3 suites, all 3 on the ground floor (we have 1 bedroom with outside access that is not part of the reservation, it remains locked and empty) - WHAT DO I FIND IN THE SUITES? All have: closet, mute servant, air conditioning, table fan, set of sheets, blanket, pillows, hangers, frames and in the orange suite we have a great hairdryer (fixed to the wall). - DO YOU HAVE BED LINEN? AND WHAT ARE THE SIZES? Yes, we offer every loft + pillows and blankets, for the exact number of guests of your stay, 1 bed set per bed, 1 towel per person, 1 kit (face towel and carpets) for each bathroom, regardless of the number of days booked (there are no changes). We use 100% cotton bedding, on an average of 150 yarns. Our beds are: 1 suite with double bed + 1 children's bed, 1 suite with queen bed + 1 single bunk bed, 1 suite with double bunk bed + 2 single beds, we have extras (on request): 2 cribs. Reservations over 14 days, we go to the property to change the kit of all the rooms. - HOW ARE THE PILLOWS? We provide at least 7 different types of pillows in the house, precisely to meet varied preferences. In addition, we always leave extra pillows in the cabinets of each suite, allowing guests to change them according to their preference. Still, we know that comfort is very personal and can vary greatly from person to person, it is impossible to guess the taste of each guest. HOW ARE THE BATHROOMS? DO I NEED TO BRING A TOWEL? There are 4 full bathrooms, 3 in the suites (1 with hydro and dryer) and 1 additional bathroom complete with family shower in the central area of the house. We offer all bathrooms, face and bath towels, bathroom rugs, toilet soaps*, toilet paper *, bath foam *, shampoo *, conditioner * and body cream * (* non-repaired items) (we do not offer beach/pool towels). Our bath towels are made of 100% cotton combed yarn, with a weight of 390g/m², seeking a balance between softness, absorption and practicality, avoiding both very thin and excessively thick towels. Still, we know that comfort is very personal and can vary greatly from person to person, it is impossible to guess the taste of each guest. We have support bars in some showers and 1 toilet seat for the elderly, with 3 electric showers and 1 gas. - DOES IT HAVE ACCESSIBILITY? No. Unfortunately, we do not have accessibility for people with limited mobility (e.g. elderly and/or motor def.), we have a 1-step step in some parts of the house, although we have grab bars in the showers, the doors and the shower stall do not have the necessary size for wheelchair passage. - HAVE 1 BEBE, VCS HAVE ACCESSORIES? Yes, we have baby furniture and dishes >> UPON REQUEST and availability for the reservation date: full cot, bathtub with exchanger, chair, bedding, covered, pillow, towel, mosquito net etc. We received up to 2 babies. I HAVE A CHILD, AM I GOING TO BE "QUIET"? Our land is flat, without unevenness, the areas of the rooms are open, you can see the entire extension, the pool is fenced and has a gate. We have mtas rooms and balcony so that they have room to play on raining days. We have playground, toys available, table with chairs, crockery, swing and children's beds. If we see the dog cameras that have not been informed, there will be a stay charge of R$50.00 per dog/day. The garden is walled, the dogs have no way out, we offer home, bed and pots. The pool HAS fence, the dogs do not have access to it. And CAT? We do not accept cats unfortunately, we ask that do not insist and do not bring hidden, there is a fine for cats and termination of the reservation immediately. - WHERE IS IT? IS NEAR THE BEACH? We are located in Ferraz, the newest center of the city, 1 block has the largest and cheapest market in the city and has the organic fair. In the region there are small super useful trades, like a drink house, bakery, pharmacy, etc. We are only 800 mts or 10 minutes walk from the beach of Morrinhos or to the center on a normal walk (see the maps in the photo album, this EXACT location). We ask that from 22 HOURS there is no noise in the outdoor area, like loud music, screaming or any other sound that will bother people around / neighbors. - WHAT WILL I GET THE KEYS AND QTAS WILL BE? We combine the delivery of the keys before the check in, q can be delivered by hand / face to face (upon arrival and departure) OR we leave it in the safe (keylock) and in this case we pass the password on the check-in date and at the time of the same. Only 1 key sauce with 1 gate remote control will be delivered but the keylock password will be passed so you can share the key with the other guests. - WHAT DO THE CAMERAS FILM OR RECORD? We have cameras with an AI system that detect and count faces and animals and are described in the listing, following the same standard adopted by hotels, inns and resorts. During YOUR stay, only 3 cameras are activated, both EXTERNAL, we have 7 external, but the other 4 are activated only when we have no reservation (focused on corridors around the house and walls), the 3 activated are at the entrance of the garage and one in the garden, focused on the walls (includes pool in the background/far). They are security cameras, not of monitoring, reproducing live images, where we check when necessary, the services of our providers (gardener and fish), operation of automatic nighttime lights of the pool (filtering), possibly parties (not allowed) and/or excess of people. They CANNOT be disconnected, covered, turned, capped, etc., subject to the termination of the reservation in the act of one of these infractions. - HAS GAS IN THE HOUSE, FOR STOVE, SHOWER, ETC? Garopaba is a praiana/ rural town, with a lot of native green area, with wild animals native to the region, such as skunks (protected by LAW) and lizards that may appear. The surroundings of the house are all made up of a garden full of life, and around, land and some houses, we do semiannual decommissioning and we have no way to curb the entrance of insects, but if they enter, they will die. In case of any need for maintenance (example: changing a light bulb), we need to be informed in order to notify our provider, but we depend on his availability as well, remembering that we are in a small town, if you need a part, there are no stores open on weekends ★ Seasonal rains > summer < mini cyclone style, large volume with strong winds can cause water volume on the ground (which drains quickly as soon as the rain passes) and/or can 'push' the water through the tiles or can remove some tiles from the place, causing water to enter through the lining, running through some of the lines and wetting some isolated point. Every year we work on the roof, aligning and checking everything, but strong winds during the rains end up misaligning the roof, which has the characteristics of an old farmhouse, but nothing that compromises your vacation. ★ Cleaning fee: our fee is composed of a 100% transfer to the cleaning staff.
