SummitBnB Alpine Base Camp: BR#2 (Twin's Room)

Twin room on the main floor. Overlooks the Snake River. Direct access to the deck & hot-tub (presently out of service 5/22-?) through a private sliding door. Extra mattress to sleep a 3rd. You'll have full access to the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, bicycle pump, & etc. Pets welcome! Our Summit County permit number is BCA-79061. Summit County has restricted the number of parking spots so you get one space. If you need more, just check with us. The space Guests will have access to the entire first floor which includes a Dining Room, Living Room, and Kitchen. There is a large deck with hot tub (presently out of service 5/22-?) and gas grill, that overlooks the Snake River. The backyard is adjacent to a trail junction that bridges to the bike path across the river, and the "Nature Path", which begins in our backyard. Guest access Kitchen: - Coffee and tea is in the cupboard. - Espresso & coffee maker is right of the sink. - Plates, bowls, cups and silverware under the island. - Cookware is under the stove. Dining Room: - Laptop hook ups -Large wooden table with chairs & bench Living Room: - Gas Fireplace -Board games - Cable TV - Xbox One w/ Kinect 2 - Stereo CD/AM/FM/AUX - Cardboard VR Goggles - Back Aligner Deck: - Gas Grill - Table and Chairs Other things to note The best part of the house is its proximity to the trail system along the Snake River. The "nature trail" runs through our backyard and the bike path is just on the other side of the bridge. Left will take you into Dillon and right leads to Keystone mountain. Even if you are here in the winter, it's worth taking a walk down to the bridge to enjoy the winter wonderland. There is a 3-ringed white binder in the dining room on the buffet table that gives further instructions on how to use appliances, fireplace, etc. Feel free to refer to it.
