Our beach apartment at Poza, Luquillo is a great place to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the ocean. It is fully furnished with all the amenities that you have back home, so you wont' sacrifice a nice homemade stove or BBQ cooked meal. It is located at the western end of Playa Azul Beach. Your party will have access to all the beach gear needed to take in the best that nature has to offer. It is very close to restaurants, supermarkets and attractions. Gated and safe. Fully air/conditioned The space Poza del Mar is located 20 minutes East of Isla Verde(SJU) International Airport, just North of El Yunque rainforest and a 15 minute drive to Fajardo and Ceiba. In Fajardo you will find several marinas, many power and sail boat charters, the Las Cabezas de San Juan recreation area where the Lighthouse "Faro" is located, and endless dining options. In Ceiba you can hop on the Culebra and Vieques ferries. You can also head to the metro area to visit the historic Old San Juan, the Bacardi refinery, art museums, night clubs and restaurants. Our apartment has a balcony in the front and a patio in the back. In the patio we have an outdoor dining table with umbrella and lounging furniture. There is also a gas grill to cook your favorite BBQ delights fresh from the ocean(or from the supermarket!). The patio has ocean view too! Laundry room in the unit with washer and dryer free of charge. The apartment complex is monitored 24/7 through multiple exterior cameras. Guest access Check-in and check-out are fully automated so you can arrive at your convenience. We are still a quick phone call away 24x7. Other things to note Includes gated parking for two vehicles. Please clean up the BBQ if used during your stay. A $25 fee will be charged if it is not cleaned.
