Our new complex features industrial decor and high quality finishes. From Brick & Concrete Accent Walls to Indonesian Natural Pool Tiles, Lofts del Mar is a refreshing and unique experience located in the heart of Jaco. Escape from the city and come enjoy a remote work lifestyle in paradise. Jaco offers great surfing year round, an international gastronomic experience and many other attractions. The space This completely new complex features Magazine Industrial Decor and High Quality Finishes. From Unique Accent Walls to Indonesian’s natural pool tiles, Lofts del Mar is a refreshing experience located in the heart of Jaco. This space includes the entire lofts complex and boasts 100 mbps WiFi speeds and is equipped w/ a high powered AC unit and 32” and 42” Smart TVs in all bedrooms and living rooms respectively. Two of the units feature a pool view with a workspace/study area and a larger common space with a mountain view in the other two. All units have separate access and key, with individual kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. We have two parking spaces on site that are available (free of charge) for our guest's comfort. If additional spaces are required, free parking is available on the street with video surveillance directly in front of the gate. BEDROOMS All bedrooms have a comfortable QUEEN SIZE BEDS and quality linens. They have large tinted windows with blackout curtains. The rooms include nightstands and have outlets on each side of the beds with shelves to charge your phone. They have 32” Smart TV’s, hangers and shelving, blankets, a ladder and a chair. BATHROOMS All bathrooms feature all of your necessities including towels, cloths and environmentally friendly soap, shampoo and conditioner. We have an imported Italian water pump which ensures constant, high water pressure in the spacious shower. KITCHENS/LIVING ROOMS Our modern and stylish kitchens have electric stovetops and concrete countertops. Each kitchen is fully equipped, comes with: - Fresh Costa Rican coffee. - Full fridge and freezer. - Blender. - Cutting boards and a set of sharp knives. - Microwave. - Wine glasses, beer glasses, cups and coffee mugs. - Plenty of pots/pans/cooking utensils. - Reusable containers. - Cooking essentials such as oil, salt and pepper. The living room space in LOFT 1 and LOFT 3 have comfy sofas for 2 and 42” Smart TVs and sitting areas for either eating or working on your computer, and the living room in LOFT 2 and LOFT 4 has two comfy individual sofas and 42” Smart TVs, and sitting areas for either eating or working on your computer. OUTDOOR AREAS Our common outdoor area has a beautiful, natural Indonesian stone pool, lounge chairs, outside shower, gathering terrace and garden. The table includes a large umbrella so you can enjoy the seating area in shade at any time of the day. It is the perfect place to unwind after a day of surfing and exploring everything Jaco has to offer. Guest access Guests have Access to a private, natural stone pool, outside shower, gathering terrace and garden. We offer a laundry service for $10 per load and beach cruiser bike rentals for $10 per day. We have two parking spaces on site that are available for guests free of charge. If additional spaces are required, free parking is available on the street with video surveillance directly in front of the gate. Other things to note Del Mar Loft is 100% environmentally friendly. The cleaning and personal hygiene products we use are 100% friendly to the environment.
