The first house, with double-height ceilings, has two bedrooms with king-size beds, a terrace, and a private bathroom. The second house has three bedrooms: one triple room with a king-size bed, a queen-size sofa bed, a single bed, a study area, and a private bathroom; one bedroom with a king-size bed; and another with two single beds that share a bathroom.
