It has air conditioning in all three rooms. Comfortable shared pool available for the apartment complex. Includes two (2) parking lots. Very close to the Combate beach resort, located 1 mile from the beach. Access control. Very quiet and cozy area. The space Being located just one mile from the village, it allows you to enjoy the good cuisine of the area, enjoy tourist places and the beach or just take a walk. All this without losing the privacy of a safe and relaxing space. Guest access The apartment is completely for your family's enjoyment. It has a comfortable pool available. However, the gazebo and playground are currently closed until approval by the complex's administrative board. Other things to note The pool facilities can be used solely and exclusively by registered guests. Celebration of any kind of activity is prohibited. The apartment does not have an electric generator, we are not responsible for electrical failures not related to the apartment. Likewise, we are not responsible for internet failures related to provider failures. In both cases, we have no control.
