Welcome to our beach paradise! These 4 private rooms are located just a minute walk from the famous Playa Maderas. Nice and close for an early morning surf or chance to have the beach all to yourself before the shuttles arrive. After a day in the sun and surf come back and relax in the shade in one of our hammocks. The space ⚠️ IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING ⚠️ Expected until late May 2026. Please note that major government road construction is currently taking place directly in front of the property, including the construction of an underground pass/tunnel. As a result, guests WILL experience noise, dust, vibrations, and visual disruption, which can be significant at times. Current situation: Construction hours are variable and subject to change Work may occur early mornings, usually 6am-6pm, and occasionally weekends Noise levels can be louder than expected, especially during active construction phases This is outside of our control While we have already reduced our nightly rates to reflect this, the property may not be suitable for: Guests seeking peace and quiet Light sleepers We still offer areas where you can relax such as our new, big yoga/hammock deck which also has a pool table. Along the beach is still also very relaxing and quiet. By booking this listing, you acknowledge and accept the presence of ongoing construction nearby and understand that refunds or discounts will not be provided due to construction-related disturbance. This is a top floor room with a queen bed and private bathroom, ideal for couples. For bookings of 3 people we add a single matress on the fold out sofa. Some friends also prefer to sleep seperatly so this is also an option. The close location to the beach makes it easy for surfers who want to surf mumtiple times a day. A quick 2 minute walk to come back for a snack and nap. The shared kitchen and hammock space are great for meeting new friends. Guest access The communal kitchen All hammocks and rancho including the new yoga deck above the car port. The bbq Other things to note Please be mindful of water consumption. We run on well water which sometimes runs dry for a couple of months of year. When this happens we have water delivered every second day at a costly price. Small things like turning taps off while washing hair, shaving and brushing teeth can help a lot. There is a fruit and veg truck that passes the house twice a week, they also sell eggs and chicken. Otherwise we are happy to give you a ride to the grocery store twice a week when we do our shopping if the time suits you. Sometimes the electricity goes out unexpectedly or there is a scheduled power cut for the neighbourhood. It usually comes back on within 4 hours. It's a good idea to bring a flash light. Keep in mind that February to June is a very dry, dusty, windy time of year. August to December is the wettest time of year (September and October particularly).
