The space Grandma's Apartment in Jequié-BA Living Room: - Sofa bed (3 places to sit, 2 to sleep, preferably children) - Home Theater with SmartTV (channels do not work, only the SmartTV function) - Integrated balcony with hammock for reading Kitchen: - Basic utensils - Refrigerator - Stove - Integrated service area, with washing machine. Bedrooms: 1. Double suite: Queen bed, air conditioning (12,000 BTU), an extra single bed, blackout curtain and bathroom. 2. Double/guest room: double bed, a trundle bed, portable fan, blackout curtain. Social bathroom - Guest bathroom with electric shower (without enclosure, for greater accessibility) Condominium: - Children's playground - Rotating parking (1 space) - Gym - Pool - 24-hour security - 24-hour doorman Details: - Wi-Fi throughout the apartment - First floor (no elevator) - Quiet and safe place - In total there are 7 beds, accommodating 10 people sleeping in beds, if they wish. Guest access Free access to the apartment and common areas of the condominium, respecting the rules of coexistence and tranquility of the neighborhood.
