Guest access COMMON AREAS Our guests have free access to the common areas of the building: ・Swimming pool (8 a.m. to 10 p.m.) ・Fitness center (8 a.m. to 10 p.m.) Pay-per-use ・laundry with fabric softener and soap included (8 a.m. to 10 p.m.) Note: To access these spaces, simply inform the concierge at the time of use, in order to be cleared. Note: the swimming pool is closed on Mondays for cleaning. PARKING: - For parking use, the daily rate is R$35.00; - It is mandatory to send the vehicle data/doc. for registration (license plate, color and model); - It is important to always identify yourself on the intercom when you arrive to access the garage; - Damage caused to other vehicles within the parking lot by the guest will be the guest's full responsibility and will be charged to the guest; - Access instructions will be passed on via Chat.
