Welcome to my delightful basement suite nestled in welcoming Riverdale. Featuring a generously sized main bedroom and a cozy secondary bedroom, this suite offers two bathrooms and is located on a quiet street adjacent to a community greenspace with a forested park, an ice rink, and a playground. Find yourself a short walk away from the local grocery store (5-10 minutes), the hospital (10-15 minutes), and the vibrant downtown (15-20 minutes), with scenic trails accompanying you most of the way. The space Master Bedroom: Very comfortable queen bed with large windows to the backyard. Second bedroom: single bed and lovely office area. The full kitchen is well appointed. Please note the fridge is smaller, however the suite has a cold room for you to use. Relax in the comfortable livingroom next to the gas fireplace. Bathrooms: All amenities. Shower, bidet and tub.
