Tiles Studio and Workshop

Located in the mythical Taller de Tejas, the Studio is a beautiful private room at the front, 30 m2, with a separate entrance, located in the heart of the Historic District, where you have the best gastronomic offer and cultural walks in Colonia, which you can do on foot from the place. The room has all the amenities for a couple in a king-size bed, or optionally two twin beds. We can also add an extra crib if you're traveling as a family. The space Staying at the Estudio Taller de Tejas is more than a stay, it's an experience. Stay in a traditional house in the Historic District, from 1717, in an environment that will take you back in time. Fall asleep with the lullaby of the river at night, enjoy breakfasts in the morning, and the sunset in the afternoons from the exclusive colonial balcony. Experience the rhythms and colors of the city, of our "Candombe". A point of contrasts between the tranquility of the neighborhood and the music and cosmopolitan people who visit it. Guest access The room has a separate entrance from the colonial cobblestone street. Guests have access to the private bathroom, bedroom, and private breakfast table. The bathroom is functional but small. They also have a microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and full dishes, (exclusive and private to the room). They have bed linens and a full bathroom to make your stay more pleasant. Other things to note **COVID**: The studio is equipped with a gel alcohol dispenser, face masks, and a disinfectant mat at the entrance door. The studio remains unoccupied for at least 24 hours before your arrival for better cleaning and ventilation. We all take care of each other. ;)
