A safe and family-friendly place with other nearby homes and regular monitoring. Other things to note QUESTIONS FREQUENTLY ASKED BY GUESTS IN THEIR INQUIRIES: 1) How far from the Morada to the beach? R.: By car, we are only 5 minutes from some beaches. It's very close! 2) Do you have other homes nearby? Is it safe to stay in the Address? R.: Yes! The testimonials of previous guests speak for themselves. Morada offers complete security, in a private and quiet environment. The house is situated on a family farm, with close neighbors and regular monitoring, ensuring comfort and privacy for your stay. 3) Are the trails on the farm easy? R.: Yes absolutely! We have several options! We often see our guests, including children, exploring the trails and visiting the viewpoints within the property. 4) Do guests have access to farm animals? R.: Sure! They are in the corral, where they can meet horses, oxen, calves, chickens, mini goats and more. 5) Are there boating companies in the region? R.: Yes! We work in partnership with the best companies and professionals in the area. We do not receive commission from our partners, as we seek to ensure the best quality for our guests. IMPORTANT: We accept small, docile pets (1 dog). Visitors are allowed upon prior communication with the host and payment of an additional fee of R$200 per guest for Day Use. Guests can not stay overnight and must leave the property until 10 pm. The maximum occupancy of the house is 10 people, considering the 6 guests. Events with visitors are not allowed on the property, except for people staying in our partner homes.
