Situated directly across the street from Nashville’s iconic Station Inn, the lofts are walking distance to a variety of restaurants and nightlife and just six blocks to the Music City Center. Continue just two blocks further to enjoy the nightlife on Broadway. The loft’s convenient location will allow you to leave your car at home and explore the city on foot. The 970 SF loft features 15ft ceilings and huge windows looking out onto Nashville and the vibrant Gulch neighborhood. The loft offers a king-size bed, as well as a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress in the living room that provides a second sleeping spot if it is needed. We offer a SmartTV with all streaming capabilities (NO cable), high-speed wifi, and a washing machine and dryer in your unit! The space is a true loft with an open layout - there is no door between the bedroom and living room. Please note, the unit has an industrial open piping structure, which has the potential for more noise when the AC/Heat kicks on. If you are sensitive to that type of noise, let our team know! We do provide a sound machines in the bedroom, but are happy to provide ear plugs if needed as well. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire unit during their stay as well as the shared patio hall space on the third floor. Prior to your arrival, you will receive a unique keypad code that will serve as your keys to the property. You will have a code to enter the building and a code for your unit. Paid parking is available onsite. We can provide ONE parking pass for the residential open air gated lot for $40/day. Residential parking guarantees one parking spot with in-and-out privileges. The second option is to park in the public lot which typically starts at $40/day however WITHOUT in-and-out privileges and no guaranteed spot. *No in-and-out privileges means if you leave the parking lot and return, you will need to restart your parking session and pay again. At either lot, UrbanNashville is not responsible for any towing, booting, or ticketing fees. Please inquire if you would like to purchase a residential parking pass prior to arrival. Public parking is paid onsite upon arrival via a parking app. Other things to note → No Saturday arrival or departures allowed. We typically will have a 2-night minimum on the weekends. Minimum night stays may fluctuate with certain events and holidays. → There is NO cable, but there is a Smart TV with all streaming capabilities → Parking: Paid parking is available onsite. Feel free to arrive anytime after 4 pm. → Regarding the unit: Max occupancy is 4 people. There are a dishwasher and ice maker. Laundry is in the unit. There is a king bed and queen sofa bed. Towels & linen are provided (including linen & pillows for the sofa bed). Travel-sized toiletries, a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are provided. A drip coffee maker and basic kitchenware are also provided. Guests are responsible to provide any additional amenities desired such as additional toilet paper. Feel free to use our record player, note that UN does not provide a speaker however guests are welcome to connect their own Bluetooth speakers or devices! That said please be mindful of our quiet hours of 10pm to 8am. → Our team is around 24/7 for any emergency that may arise. → The permit # can be found in the listing captions.
