House located in the municipality of Porto Belo/SC, in the city center and close to the beach. It is a quiet and safe place with a beautiful wooded garden. A place to enjoy the holidays with family and friends. The space The house is 70 m² and sleeps up to 7 guests. It has access to wifi and parking space in the garden for two vehicles. There are three air-conditioned bedrooms, a living room and an integrated kitchen, two bathrooms, a balcony and laundry. Bedroom 1 has a double box bed and closet for clothes. Bedroom 2 has a double box bed, a single box bed and closet for clothes. Bedroom 3 is a suite, has a single bunk bed and closet for clothes. The two bathrooms are complete and have an electric shower. It also has an external cold shower. Living room with sofa, Smart TV with reception of digital channels and a portable table fan. Full kitchen, gas cooker with oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, table, sink, cabinets with pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, blender, thermos and other kitchen appliances. Balcony with views of the garden and barbecue with grill and skewer. Laundry with laundry tank, washing machine, a portable clothesline, bucket, squeegee, broom and a cloth for cleaning. Other items available in the house: seven pillows, two face towels, two bathroom floors, two toilet paper and liquid soap; three dish towels, two tablecloths, kitchen sponge, sink cloth and liquid detergent. *The above items have no exchange or replacement* Bed linens and bath towels are not provided. Oleo/pepper/coal/hashi are not provided as they are items described by the site in "amenities" and I cannot edit them. Guest access Access to home, garden and sports court. Other things to note The land is 3,500 m², it is all walled with an entrance gate. There are other houses on the land that are also rented by season and a court with a volleyball net and soccer goal. The central garden area and the sports court are shared with the other guests and my family. The distance to Porto Belo beach is approximately 100 meters. If you have a boat or jet ski, please inform before requesting the reservation. Vessel or jet ski will only be accepted upon request and if space is available in the field.
