We look forward to seeing you in a modern and warm house in a classic Montevideo neighborhood. It is on a quiet street and close to avenues with transportation throughout the city. Living room with wood stove, kitchen with patio exit with grill. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Paid parking 50 meters away. The space The house is bright, all the rooms face the outside. It is arranged on three floors. On the ground floor is the living room with a wood-burning stove for winter days, connected to the kitchen that leads to a small patio. On the ground floor there is a guest bathroom. The stairs are comfortable and were built with proper regulations. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with large closets and the full master bathroom, the third bedroom is on the third floor. It has air conditioning in two bedrooms. For families with young children, we have a crib to assemble in any of the bedrooms. Guest access The entire house is available to guests. We live in the house next door, which makes it easier to resolve any issues that may arise, as well as providing flexibility with check-in and check-out times. Obviously, for barbecue fans, you can use the grill. We offer a couple of bikes for riding around the city. Other things to note In our family there are people with celiac disease, we are aware that during trips these dietary restrictions are a limitation. We know stores and restaurants in the city where you can find gluten-free prepared foods. It is also possible, after coordination, to offer breakfast, lunch, snacks or food to take on walks. Check-in and check-out times are flexible depending on the reservations for the corresponding days.
