A haven for rest, the house offers a zen atmosphere of peace, call us if that's what you need!! In a quiet location, but at the same time close to the main beaches, lagoons and downtown Rosa for fun and leisure. Purposefully bright, it reconnects you with your natural cycle, with beautiful views from the deck and upper balcony. The house is located on a large plot of land surrounded by screen and lawn. Pets are welcome. In winter, it's ideal for couples to warm up by the fireplace. The space New house, recently built, consists of a private bedroom and a mezzanine, both with a double bed - Ideal for 4 people. If necessary, there is a sofa bed in the living room, accommodating up to 5 people comfortably. Bed and bath linens are provided. The bathroom is unique, with two showers and has an exit to a closet for everyone to get ready with privacy and comfort. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for preparing meals and there is also a barbecue on the deck, where you can enjoy great meals during the day, but if you want a barbecue at night, the pergola has a string of lights and your meal will be even more special!! It is a 10-minute walk from downtown and 20 minutes from the beach. In summer it is better to walk, as traffic and the environment will thank you.
